3. Our Products

RupyaRup jewellery is made with 925 sterling silver.

Products described as gold-plated are made with 925 sterling silver with a gold-plated finish.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photographs, descriptions and specifications. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of jewellery.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities
Discontinue products
Modify product specifications
Change prices
Remove products from the website

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, process a refund to the original payment source.

5. Orders

An order is considered accepted after successful payment and order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Technical errors
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
Other circumstances where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment source.

6. Pricing & Payments

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Standard delivery generally takes 5–9 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery.

A clear and continuous unboxing video from the unopened package through the complete unpacking process is required for damage or missing-item claims.

Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.

9. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

A ₹50 exchange fee applies to eligible exchanges.

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for exchange except in cases of verified defect or damage.

10. Personalised & Custom-Made Jewellery

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Once an order for such a product has entered production, it cannot generally be cancelled.

These products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is verified to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.

11. Jewellery Care

Customers are responsible for following the recommended jewellery care instructions.

Avoid exposing jewellery unnecessarily to:

Water
Perfume
Cosmetics
Sweat
Harsh soaps
Cleaning chemicals
Chlorine

Gold plating is a surface finish and may naturally wear over time depending on usage, skin chemistry, exposure and care.

Normal wear and tear, fading or loss of plating caused by use or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Brand name and logo
Product photographs
Videos
Graphics
Product descriptions
Designs
Text
Website layout
Other original content

is owned by RupyaRup or used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
