At RupyaRup, we want you to be happy with your jewellery. If you need to exchange an eligible product, please review the guidelines below.
EXCHANGE PERIOD
Eligible products can be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us within the applicable period to initiate an exchange request.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Not show signs of damage caused by use
- Be returned with its original packaging
- Include all accessories or items supplied with the order
Products that have been worn, altered, damaged or improperly handled may not be eligible for exchange.
EXCHANGE FEE
A ₹50 exchange fee applies to eligible exchanges.
Any applicable shipping or other charges, where communicated before processing the exchange, may also apply.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your preferred replacement product is unavailable, RupyaRup may offer:
- Another eligible product, or
- Store credit
depending on the circumstances.
PERSONALISED & CUSTOM-MADE JEWELLERY
Personalised, customised and made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for exchange, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video, beginning with the unopened package, is required for damage claims.
Please also provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and your order details.
Claims without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.
MISSING PRODUCTS
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
A clear unboxing video showing the complete opening of the package is required to process a missing-item claim.
